The RAM Network is a unregistered trademark of Robert Alex Marder. In addition, many logos are unregistered trademarks of Robert Alex Marder - see the logo about page for a complete list.

Over the years, several variations have emerged around "The RAM Network"

• RAM
• RAMNET - The RAM Network
• RAM Networks (most common use)
• R.A.M. Networks (no longer used)

In addition to standing for my full legal name, RAM has other variants that are used in product naming (like RAM-CMS) - this is perfectly legal.

I am a sole proprietor, and I am doing business as Robert Alex Marder, NOT as RAM Networks, The RAM Network, or anything else. I use my full legal name to keep legal since no "DBA" (doing business as) is on file anywhere.
